Domestic & International Shipping

Shipping Charges:

Domestic: We offer FREE SHIPPING across India on all prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

International: Shipping charges vary based on weight and destination. The final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Taxes & Duties:

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These additional fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.

We do not offer returns or cancellations for international shipments once dispatched.

If customs charges are unpaid or if the order is refused, we will not be liable for refunds or reshipment.

Order Processing & Timelines

Our products are crafted with care. We will deliver orders within 7-12 working days. 

During peak seasons, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., public holidays, logistical delays), orders delivery may take an additional 5-7 days.

You will receive a tracking number via email and SMS once your order is dispatched.

Receiving Your Order

To ensure smooth delivery, please follow these guidelines:

If you receive a damaged or tampered parcel, do not accept the delivery. Instead, take photos/videos and contact our support team immediately.

Unboxing Video Requirement: We encourage customers to record an unboxing video and take photos within 48 hours of delivery for any return or replacement requests.

Cancellation Policy

Prepaid & COD orders can be canceled only within 24 hours of placing the order.
